Rogue Rowing will comply with any and all rules Jackson County Parks requires in the process of building and managing this facility. A limit of cars in certain parking lots during certain hours at certain times of the year may be something that is needed. Rogue Rowing also recognizes the need of Jackson County Parks to meet requirements set by grants and other agencies.
